No Added After Hours Charges
After Hours Plumbing’s “no added charges for after hours work” statement specifies that we charge the same rates for our services regardless of the time of day, the day of the week or time of the year. This means that you will be charged the same rate for the same work on a weekend, public holiday or out of standard weekday business hours as you would during traditional Monday-to-Friday business hours.
The “subject to availability” condition in this situation is in reference to instances where After Hours Plumbing has no available plumbers or gas fitters in the customer’s proximity at the required time, and we are unable to send a technician out to the customer’s address.
Plumbing Service Within 30 Minutes
Where possible, or when required by the customer, After Hours Plumbing will endeavour to send a plumber or gas fitter to the client’s address within 30 minutes of their online or phone contact.
In this instance, the “subject to availability” condition relates to situations where our technicians are occupied and located at other jobs and are therefore unable to get to their next client within the one-hour time frame.
